| Cancellation Terms: All of our Suites require a 30-day cancellation. Failure to cancel a reservation will result in not reserving a spot for your future reservations. This policy may vary for multiple or holiday/event reservations. NO CASH REFUNDS. |

| Check-in/out: Check in is at 3 pm Michigan time. Check out time is 10 am sharp. Prior to leaving please return furniture and household items to their original location. |

| Capacity: Each Suite has a specific maximum capacity. Exceptions can be made ahead of time |

| Pets: "No Pets Allowed" unless authorized |

| Refunds: No cash refunds. We give a credit to all cancellations. You must book a future stay.

| Amenities: Full kitchen accessories, Coffee brewer & Good Coffee, Iron & Iron board, Bed Linens, Towels, Shampoo & Soaps are provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels.

* Responsible Booking Party * We ask that NO SMOKING of any kind be conducted inside the Inn. This is strictly enforced and carries high charges, ($250 charge for each flat). * Check out time is 10 am sharp. We fully furnish each Suite. Please do NOT bring food or drink into bedrooms. Please remember to keep your voices and music to a minimum. Please respect your neighbors by acting accordingly. Please do NOT bring towels, blankets or linens from the house to the beach. We also ask that you do not hang or drape beach towels, swimsuits etc. on deck railings or furniture. Each Suite is furnished with many antiques, vintage and unique items.
